Open Blue’s Javier Visuetti Joins Panama’s First National Aquaculture Commission
Javier Visuetti, Regulatory & Community Affairs Manager, Open Blue and Vice President of the Panamanian Aquaculture Association (ASPAC) that represents the commissioner of Large-Scale Aquaculture Producers, has joined Panama’s First National Aquaculture Commission which was formally installed on August 31, at the headquarters of the Aquatic Resources Authority of Panama (ARAP).
